As many of you may know, Lt Col James “Roscoe” Wilkerson was accused of sexual assault and found guilty by court martial. After serving four months in prison, General Franklin reviewed the entire transcript of the trial, including all evidence and all letters requesting clemency, and dismissed all charges. Recently a women, who at the time of this posting had declined to be identified, has accused Roscoe of fathering her child several years ago. At the time of this posting she has also declined to produce the conclusive evidence she claims to possess. I only add this information because certain US senators are attempting to use this (so far) unfounded claim to “prove” Roscoe is actually guilty of the charges which were dismissed and to discredit General Franklin.
I’ve spent about 14 hours going over everything released in the FOIA request and have reached my own conclusion. I invite you to do the same.

Just read in the paper that Gen Franklin “has decided” to retire in order to avoid additional unwanted publicity to the AF.
NOGAS, I haven’t spent anywhere near 14 hours at it but after my review I wholeheartedly agree with Gen Franklin”s actions.
